Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2025

1. General policy

Shadilist provides matchmaking services. Because these are services (not physical goods) and depend on user-generated content and availability of genuine profiles, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances reviewed by our support team.

2. Registration fee

Registration fee of ₹10 is mandatory and non-refundable. The fee is intended to reduce frivolous registrations and to ensure seriousness.

3. Subscriptions & Paid plans

All subscription and paid plan purchases (see Pricing page) are non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; benefits will continue through the paid period.

4. Exceptional refunds

In exceptional cases (e.g., double charges, fraudulent transactions) we will investigate and may issue a refund at our discretion. Contact support@shaadilist.com with payment receipts and transaction IDs.

5. How to cancel

1. For Google Play purchases: cancel via Google Play subscriptions.
2. For Razorpay / card payments: contact support@shaadilist.com with transaction details.
