Important - Account & Safety
- Selfie & Verification: We collect a selfie for admin verification only — it is not visible to other users.
- Profile Photos: Profile & portfolio photos are visible to other users based on your subscription and privacy settings.
- Account deletion: Submit deletion request via app or email. We acknowledge within 24 hours. If admin does not process it within 24 hours you may re-submit — after 3 requests the account will be permanently deleted.
- Not Interested / Blocking: If a user marks someone as Not Interested, that person cannot contact you or see your phone number for 30 days. Repeated blocks are allowed.
- Community rules: No abusive messages, harassment, impersonation or spam. Report fake profiles to support@shaadilist.com.
- Payments & Refunds: Registration fee ₹10 is mandatory and non-refundable. See full Refund Policy for details.
